Anxiety and our children
Systemic therapist, author, and founder of The Family Imprint Institute.
Anxiety in children rarely begins with the child. It moves through families quietly, in the way a parent holds their breath before a hard conversation, in the household that ran on worry, in the love that mixed up with fear. Most parents are doing everything right and still watching their child struggle, because no one has helped them see the deeper story underneath.
This workshop is an invitation to look at what anxiety is actually carrying in your family and how understanding where it comes from can change how you respond to it, in your child and in yourself.
Guided by Johanna Lynn, you'll receive warm, grounded support and a fresh perspective on what drives anxiety through family systems, so that instead of managing symptoms alone, you begin to understand the root and find a way to gently interrupt what has been passed on without anyone meaning to pass it.
Whether you notice anxiety in your child or in yourself as a parent, you will find insights and support. This work is exploratory and gentle.
