1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

3. Accounts and Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Keep your credentials confidential
  • Notify us of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
  • Upload malware, spam, or infringing materials
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or access restricted systems

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

All platform content, trademarks, and technology are owned by Thrive.one or its licensors.

You retain ownership of your user-generated content but grant Thrive.one a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the Services.

Copyright notices may be sent to support@thrive.one.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and applicable GST/PST/HST will be charged.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds follow our posted Refund Policy at www.thrive.one/refunds.

7. Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive administrative and transactional emails.
Promotional emails require opt-in consent and comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Law (CASL).
You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Services and delete any materials obtained through unauthorized means.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia, under Canadian law.
This clause does not limit rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrive.one will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply to liability resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
International users consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Vancouver, British Columbia.
