Shadow integration
Shadow-work coach, trauma practitioner, and breakthrough shadow coach trained at the Ford Institute
The chaos in the world is a mirror.
What we haven't faced in ourselves, we act out collectively. Shadow work isn't just personal healing — it's how we change the world, one inner reckoning at a time.
You don't have to look far to see the shadow of humanity right now. Just turn on the news. But here's what most of us miss the world out there is always, in some way, a reflection of the world in here.
The work of shadow integration isn't self-indulgent. It's one of the most courageous, most necessary things a person can do for themselves, and for the world.
In this grounded, trauma-informed session, John Antony Samuelsen guides us into the unconscious patterns and inherited stories that shape our lives. Drawing on more than a decade of experience in shadow work, early and generational trauma, and depth psychology, John offers a compassionate, practical approach to understanding what is truly ours — and what has been passed down.
Trained by world-leading Shadow Work expert Debbie Ford and The Ford Institute, John has done this work on himself. He integrates nervous-system awareness with ancestral exploration, helping participants gently bring the shadow into conscious awareness — meeting both light and darkness within, and finding unexpected wholeness there.
This session supports greater authenticity, emotional clarity, and a more cohesive inner life.
