Transforming Family Dynamics: from patterns to possibilities
Registered Clinical Counsellor, international trainer, and Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy mentor
“As we soften old wounds within ourselves, our children grow in spaces we never had.”
For more than two decades, Jennifer Nagel has guided individuals, couples, families, and clinicians through the deep terrain of personal and relational change. A registered clinical counsellor, international trainer, and longtime mentor in the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy model, Jennifer brings a warm, grounded, experiential presence to every space she holds.
Her work integrates psychotherapy, somatic awareness, and embodied transformation — helping people reconnect with inner resources, shift the patterns passed down through generations, and step into more authentic, aligned ways of living and relating. Jennifer creates environments of psychological safety, deep attunement, and honest self-reflection, supporting participants in exploring the tender edges where true transformation becomes possible.
This circle invites you to meet yourself — gently and courageously — at the intersection of personal history, family dynamics, identity, and the inherited "muck" that quietly shapes how we show up for those we love most. Because when we do the courageous work of transforming our own patterns, we don't just change ourselves. We change what becomes possible for the people who come after us.
Jennifer shows us that, with attunement and relational support, the places we once avoided can become portals to wisdom, freedom, and emotional expansion — for ourselves, and for the families we're still becoming.
