Medicine is a powerful call to action β a reckoning with the deep crisis of disconnection at the heart of humanityβs unraveling. Western culture has been programmed to pursue greed, power, and endless consumption, stripping the world of spirit and severing our sacred bond with the land. Nature is now a commodity, bought and sold with no regard for future generations.
This film amplifies the voices of Indigenous land stewards who have faced genocide and cultural erasure in the name of ownership and profit. Yet amid this violent legacy, they are rising β healing old wounds and showing a path to reclaim sovereignty, balance, and deep belonging. Their story is also ours: while their colonization spans just over a century, many of us carry wounds from centuries of disconnection and loss of belonging. We have lost our maps home.
Medicine calls us to awaken to our shared responsibility to protect the Earth and restore relationships β with ourselves, each other, and the natural world. It challenges us to move beyond culture and division toward a future rooted in respect, healing, and collective sovereignty. The future of our Earth depends on us.
